My story…

I spent over 30 years working in the Beauty Industry. From retail management to product development, marketing, and account management, my experience was in both retail (Neiman Marcus, independently owned neighborhood beauty stores, and everything in between) and wholesale. Through it all were two common themes. …

Firstly, I ALWAYS loved helping people. Whether it was guiding a customer to the right skin care, training salespeople to maximize their potential, or helping a business owner or colleague navigate a challenging situation, I loved supporting people in achieving their goals. 

Second was my ability to cut through the B.S. of almost any challenge and find clarity. Doesn’t matter if it was an issue of people or things, I could always easily identify the heart of the issue and offer real solutions rather than treat the symptoms.

My preference is to do this for people who want to improve the quality of their lives (like you!) rather than employers…leading us to…

Always intrigued and called to by the mystical, in 1999 I began receiving Reiki and other energy work from a friend. My boyfriend at the time was having a rough recovery from surgery and one of my cats was diagnosed with diabetes. One night, as we drove home from dinner, a voice – my inner wisdom – loudly said to me, “You will learn Reiki and it will help your boyfriend and Thinker (my cat!).” I called my friend and asked her if she could teach me Reiki. One thing led to another and I received my Usui Reiki Master Teacher certification in 2001. I have gone on to be certified in Karuna Reiki, Seichem, Imara, and Kundalini Reiki. As for the boyfriend and my cat? They both benefited tremendously from receiving Reiki!

In addition to Ashati and Ascension energetic attunements I have also received attunements to various Angelic energies including Metatron and the Angels of Omnipotence. My energetic tool box also includes aromatherapy, sound healing, numerology and a healthy love of crystals. Wanting to deepen my Reiki experience I became a Certified Massage Therapist in 2008. With more than 500 hours of education at Hands On Healing Institute in Tujunga, CA my studies included Deep Swedish Massage, Energy Medicine & Healing Practices, Cranio-Sacral Therapy,  Myofascial Release, Aromatherapy and Vibrational Sound Therapy.
