Our time begins by discussing your goals for the session. With this in mind a synergy of healing tools including Reiki, crystals, singing bowls, tuning forks, and essential oils come into play creating a personalized healing session based on your individual needs. Your time with me may be interactive as I guide you to work with the energy as it is transferred to you. This results in a more empowering experience that deepens your benefits.

Reiki is an energy healing system that originated in Japan. It can be performed hands on or hands off within the energy field. Drawing on Universal healing energy Reiki works on the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual levels. It can bring you into a state of total relaxation igniting your innate healing ability.

Your 60 minute session will include approximately 45 minutes of receiving healing energy and 15 minutes discussion. The actual breakdown may vary by session.
