I am often asked what a chi ball is and how they are created. Simply put, a chi ball is a ball of energy that is formed between the palms of both hands. It can be used to send energy to a person, event, or location. This video offers a very basic explanation. There are many ways to work with chi balls and I may cover them in future videos.
